
Daevion Markell Smith is a recognized student leader, entrepreneur, and creative professional. He was honored by the National Association for the Study and Performance of African American Music (NASPAAM) for his mime presentation and is a member of local, state, and national DECA. Daevion serves as Vice President of Community Service for the National Society of Collegiate Scholars at American Military University – American Public University System, is a member of the National Society of Leadership & Success, and Treasurer of his school chapter of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity, International. He recently completed a certificate in the Business of Entertainment at NYU Tisch School of the Arts. In September 2025, he was inducted into Alpha Phi Sigma, the criminal justice honor society.

B.L. Ingram is a Virginia native and has a Juris Doctorate from North Carolina Central University School of Law. He recently served as a judicial assistant for a federal administrative law judge at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services. With over 11 years in the U.S. Navy, he holds multiple commendation medals and awards, demonstrating his commitment to service and excellence. Additionally, he served as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for the 3rd Judicial District of Virginia, supporting courts dealing with cases of child neglect and abuse.

Robinson is the co-creator and executive producer of Yahweh’s Children, the studio’s first original scripted series, where she combines her talent for storytelling with her commitment to representing underrepresented voices in the industry. Known for her collaborative spirit and ability to transform unique ideas into captivating narratives, she plays a vital role in shaping the creative direction of DMS Studios.

Deneka Smith-Shazel is a distinguished individual who brings a wealth of experience and expertise to her roles as an ordained minister and licensed preacher of the gospel. With a solid educational background, she holds a degree in business administration, showcasing her commitment to academic excellence. In addition to her spiritual pursuits, Deneka is highly proficient in information technology and graphic design, demonstrating a diverse skill set that spans various domains. Having dedicated over a decade of her professional life to the service of the community, Deneka has been a valuable asset to both the City of Virginia Beach and the City of Chesapeake Public Libraries for the past 13 years.
